Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the old square and the train station. We had a quiet and cute room with a modern bathroom. The access to Lybeer hostel in the early morning was a nice touch. We were actually surprised by our comfortable stay.

The cleanliness and welcoming feel of the hotel. It was basic but you got everything you required.

The standard king room with good bathrooms as well as nice interior. Very friendly and accommodating staff with a smile. Central location in the heart of Bruges. And adjacent to the town centre and shops and an old town.

Breakfast offers good homemade croissants that delight guests.
I was appalled by the state of the room we received. The heater was rusty, and the bedding had stains.

Nice and close into the center of town, everything close. Room nice but small. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good, and the breakfast seating area very nice.
Very small room. Put 2 bags on the floor and can hardly get around. Very narrow and windy stairs, so tricky to get large luggage upstairs. Parking at train station very reasonable, but a 15-20 minute walk away.

A cute Hotel in central brugges with a boutique/family run vibe. The breakfast was included and delicious. It had a lot of cute personal details in the design,(Like Vintage Tin Tin prints) but still felt like a professional Hotel. After a week in a similarly priced Hotel in Paris it felt like a huge step up in service, comfort and cleanliness!
Only thing is the Bed had lots of cushions and two kind of half pillows, would have loved one real big full size pillow.

perfect location, warm room, convenient access
No reception in the hotel!!! The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated and has poor signage. The stairs are steep and not suitable for anyone with larger luggage or mobility issues. Furnishings appear worn and the towels had stains.

The hotel was fully equipped and quirky, and the staff were attentive, truly enjoyed the magnificent location near the centre of the city, the central square, and the main shopping street. The breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of good options.

We were given the private appartment instead of a room in the hotel and were very happy with this. So much room for just the 4 of us !! The breakfast was just what we needed in the morning as it set us up for the day

Leopold is in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from the city center. The standard double room was spacious and the power shower was excellent. The kindness of the staff was also a highlight, even if we didn't see them often.
the price felt a bit high for what you get.

We travelled with our two children (4 & 2) and stayed in a family room. The kids had their own room which was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was terrific. Leisurely walk from train station and from town centre.
Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Tales from the unexpected
A warm welcome and a great breakfast with homemade croissants revealed hidden gems. The apartment-style room provided a cozy atmosphere, but the noise can disrupt late-night rest. Expect a lively location close to attractions, but be prepared for street sounds till the early hours. Not the perfect getaway for peace seekers, yet charming in its own right.

The location was excellent - right in the centre of old Bruges. The buffet breakfast provided was reasonably extensive and catered for most tastes. The accommodation was clean and fresh towels were provided on a daily basis.
The ensuite bathroom needed completely renewing. The sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom didn't work properly, the extractor fan had ceased functioning (as evidenced by the mould on the ceiling of the shower cubicle) the shower drainage system was very slow to clear and the toilet paper holder roller was missing. We were also plagued with mosquitos - there being no air conditioning. In our part of the hotel, the staircase to the upper floors were very steep and in our view unsuitable for children or the elderly.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom flat which had a separate kitchen/diner, living room and modern bathroom. The property is right in the heart of Bruges and there is a great bus service into Brussels. The park nearby was lovely and the buildings are wonderful. I would definately stay there again.
